Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer shipping by Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. In some cases you may only be offered one option.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within two business days, Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be dispatched within three business days. Our website will be updated to note the occasions we may be experiencing shipping delays beyond our control.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase – if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within five days of receipt of your items and let us know. We are committed to making our customers happy.
